    Abstract：

    本文以某双线铁路隧道在软弱围岩段落采用三台阶开挖施工过程为研究对象，通过对优化台阶尺寸、施工工序、施工组织以及改进管理方式等措施，实现了掌子面全断面同步推进的快速施工，提高了施工效率，同时因初期支护可以较早的封闭成环，施工安全更有保障。
