    当前我国退役军人就业创业面临着诸多困境，这就需要充分了解退役军人就业创业工作的现状，做好相关优惠政策的宣传工作，加强退役军人技术培训、提高专业技术水平，构建退役军人就业平台、协助指导就业，完善退役军人就业创业政策、优化监督反馈机制，引导退役军人进行合作创业，通过各种方法提高退役军人就业创业的成功率，促进我国社会和谐稳定发展。
