Abstract：
10kV配电体系属于中压网络，在配电系统中的主要任务是承担高压和低压负荷，也是系统和用户的交互枢纽，一旦在运行过程中发生问题又无法及时解决，就会影响到电网整体性能。10kV配电线路具有以下几大特性：连接点较多，覆盖区间较大，线路设计复杂，并且会受到外部条件干扰。怎样确保10kV配电体系发挥出应有效用，解决10kV配电线路运行过程出现的问题，已然是摆在电力领域面前的难题。
