Abstract：
近年来我国的课程改革在不断深入，新课程标准对初中数学课堂教学提出了更高的要求，作为数学教师要不断探索更先进的教学理念以及更高效的教学手段，构建高效的数学课堂。一堂高效的数学课不仅要有教师讲解的环节，同时也要有学生的练习环节和课后作业巩固的环节，要确保“三餐”齐备，并且教师要处理好讲解、随堂练习和课后作业的关系，合理搭配“三餐”。
