在按部就班开展体育教学活动的过程中，我们越来越能够意识到传统教学形式在综合锻炼学生身体素质、心理素质、运动技能等方面存在的限制，更带有综合性的素质拓展训练开始融入课堂，成了一种体育教学的新形势。本文将站在初中体育教学的视角上，说一说素质拓展训练的具体应用。
