    进行求职就业指导的主要工作目标就是为了适应当前的情况特征以及社会的适应性，帮助在校中职生完成好相关的就业任务，正确看待实现自己的职业人生价值和自身社会发展价值。本文主要通过结合目前实际,对我国中职学校学生就业指导教育工作普遍存在的一些特点,就进一步提高中职教育工作指导有效性问题做出一些具体思考和深入探讨。
