Abstract：
如何实现小学数学教学的有效性，这是每一个数学教师都要思考的重要问题。笔者认为，提高小学数学教学的有效性，不仅需要教师转变传统教学理念，更需要教师懂得灵活调整自身的教学手段，在重视学生主体性的同时，有针对性的使用不同的教学技巧。为此，本文结合笔者的一些教学经验与思考，谈一谈有关提高小学数学有效性的教学技巧。
