小学音乐新课程标准要求：以学生发展为本的理念，鼓励学生积极参与探究和实践，并提高学生对音乐的感受、体验、表现和创造能力。所以，音乐教学要以“学生的兴趣爱好为动力”，“兴趣是最好的老师”。
