Abstract：
随着我国经济的不断发展，国家对教育的重视程度越来越高，教育工作部门要求教育教学工作者尤其是班主任要合理改进教学方法，认真做好自己的本职工作，在对学生进行知识传输的同时进行德育工作，培养德智体美全面发展的有素质的人才。本文针对如何进行班主任工作提出了几点建议。
