东莞市产业项目“标准地”供应模式的思考

Abstract：

良好环境和用地保障是制造业发展的重要前提，“标准地”供应模式是近年来推行的优化营商环境、提高用地效率的土地供应模式。本文将梳理 “标准地”供应模式的概念及核心内容，分析东莞市产业项目用地供应管理现状和推行“标准地”改革试点的情况，结合实际提出东莞市实施产业项目“标准地”供应的对策。
