    Abstract：

    随着档案电子化步伐的加快，大大提高了档案管理的工作效率，方便了单位使用和个人查阅，推进电子档案是大势所趋。但目前行政事业单位档案管理工作存在着制度不健全、软硬件设备跟不上、安全保密问题日益突出等问题。这些问题，需要认真对待加以解决，切实推动电子档案的健康持续发展。
