    时代变化对事业单位档案工作提出新要求，以互联网技术运用为代表的档案管理革新正在如火如荼的进行。为了满足事业单位档案管理需要，提高档案管理与利用率，强化档案管理工作质量，构建专业的档案信息化建设平台，还要分析档案管理信息化建设的有效工作路径，着力推动档案管理深化进行，明确档案管理改革的基本要求，提升档案建设的整体质量。
