    Abstract：

    英语是一门外国语言学科，在中国的教育工作当中一直是一个比较大的挑战。英语教学，如果仅仅是教给学生各种各样的英语知识，要求学生盲目地进行语法和单词积累，那么对于培养学生的英语思维并没有太大益处。在小学英语教学中，教师要根据新课标要求，采取有效措施培养学生的英语运用能力与核心素养，以确保学生具备适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的品格与能力。
