    Abstract：

    本文以红色基因和青少年理想信念内涵的界定为认识起点，以红色基因对青少年学生理想信念教育的功能价值为依托，在充分把握青少年学生理想信念教育中红色基因传承现状的基础上，构建了“五位一体”即“加强组织领导、完善机制、挖掘要素、打造精品、开拓阵地”五个维度构建积极有效的培养策略。
