课堂管理是教学过程中非常重要的任务，作为教师不仅要拥有较高的业务能力和教学水平，开展高质量的教学活动，同时还应该掌握先进的管理理念和方法，能够对课堂进行高效管理，维持良好课堂秩序的同时还能够营造生动、活跃的课堂，在课堂管理中做到“欲擒故纵”，实现课堂管理中的减变加。
