    Abstract：

    随着教育改革的深入，新的教育理念不断出现，如创新教育、素质教育、愉快教育等，面对新的教育理念，我们如何正确对待学困生呢?这是摆在我们教育工作者面对初中数学学习过程中“学困生”转化亟待解决的一大难题。基于对学生的观察，发现“学困生”不是绝对的，作为教师有义务、有责任使每一个学生健康成长。
