    Abstract：

    词汇学家麦加锡（1990）说得更直接：一个学生学习第二语言，其语法无论学得多么好，语音无论掌握得多么漂亮，没有词汇来表达各种意义，语言交际就难以实现。正因为如此，一个人掌握词汇的多寡和牢固与否，直接影响他的语言表达能力，影响他思想表达的丰富与准确程度。因此，作为英语教学的重要环节的词汇教学对提高学生的英语水平就显得尤其重要了。
