Abstract：

教与学是一门艺术，教学中有效的记忆策略，教学方法，教学手段是这门艺术的核心，在教学中，发挥教师的主导作用，精心研究和组织教材内容。根据教材内容和学生实际需要选择恰当的教学的方法和策略，培养学生有效的记忆策略和学习能力是提高英语课堂效率，减轻学生负担的最有效的途径。
