教师要让课堂成为精彩的舞台，定要先在备课上下足苦功，不断更新教师自身的教育理念、从专业知识、教学方法，科学方法、教学反思、学生的认知水平、学习兴趣等的角度出发，精心备课，持之以恒，百折不挠；同时也要认真反思自己，才能真正从成功中看到新的希望，在差距中找到问题所在，寻找到解决问题的方案在反思中积累经验，在经验中学习而不断成长起来的。
