面对新的课程改革，教育对教师提出了更高的要求。如何适应时代发展，成为一名新型教师，教师就不能只关注自己教，而要引导学生主动学。学生要做课堂的主体，提高课堂的效率，让每一节课都要达到真正的高效课堂。
