    师德是教师的立身之本，不断的学习和实践是提高师德修养提高的关键。提高师德，知识的积累和实践能力的提高是必不可少的。高尚的师德修养能够促进我们更自觉地努力学习和参与社会实践。我们教师必须严格要求自己，活到老学到老实践到老，不断提高，自我完善、自我发展，教书育人，为人师表。
