Abstract：
中职生底子薄、自我管理能力差，给中职学校的学生管理工作提出了严峻的挑战。中职学校必须创新管理模式，才能适应新形势下人才培养的要求。其中，军事化管理被认为是一种较为有效的管理模式，近年来，中职学校实行军事化管理已经较为广泛。
