    Abstract：

    近年来素质教育的推进使体育教学目标发生深刻转变，原先以身体素质训练为主的教学活动开始向促进学生身心健康发展的方向迈进，体育教学对学生心理健康的导向作用备受重视。因此，体育教学工作也应当在先进理念的指導下，积极实现创新发展，从而帮助学生树立正确的健康观念和体育观念，为今后步入社会奠定坚实的基础。
