    Abstract：

    随着素质教育的全面推进，人们越来越重视对于每一个学生的学习状况。对于初中教学来说，由于传统教学模式的影响，学生的数学成绩呈现两极分化的局面，造成这样局面的原因多种多样，而且学习能力与素养方面存在较大的差异，如果采用统一的教学方式与评价模式，十分不利于学生的发展。分层教学模式，能够关注到每一位学生，促进学生个性发展。本文结合相关教学经验，探究初中数学应用分层教学模式的策略。
