Abstract：
阅读教学既是语文教学的基础，又是语文教学的重点。由于学生之间存在个体差别，语文阅读教学不能生搬硬套一种模式，教师要根据学生的生活经历和个性，有针对性地开展阅读教学，即进行个性化阅读教学。在小学语文阅读教学中，教师必须充分意识到个性化阅读的必要性，尊重学生阅读的节奏和感受，并根据学生的个体差异给予适当的引导，提高阅读教学的质量。
