    Abstract：

    近几年，随着国家对节能、环保要求的不断提高，建筑养护结构的外墙保温技术也受到高新科技的加持，不断提升其社会效益和经济效益。其中，数外墙外保温技术最受人们关注和应用。然而，由于外墙外保温施工中存在着各种不足，一些项目工程在交付甚至投入使用后还会出现外墙保温层剥落的严重质量问题，对人身财产安全造成了巨大的威胁。立足于监理人员的视角，本文浅谈如何在外墙外保温监理工作中实施良好的质量控制，以提升外墙保温施工质量和效率。
