    Abstract：

    作为小学数学课程中着重培养和发展的学生数学学习能力，运算能力在增强学生算理理解、提升学生解决数学问题的能力方面具有明显的作用。虽然在长期的数学课程教学实践中，教师积累了丰富的数学运算能力培养经验，但受学生个性化学习特点的影响，数学运算能力的培养效果并不均衡。为确保学生数学运算能力培养的均衡化、持续化发展，教师有必要结合数学运算能力培养的实际情况，采取科学的数学运算能力培养方法，提升能力培养的效果。
