    Abstract：

    《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》指出：“关心每个学生，促进每个学生主动地生活活泼地发展，尊重教育规律和学生身心发展规律，为每一个学生提供合适的教育。”《纲要》还明确提出：关注学生的“个性化差异”，发展每一个学生的“优势潜能”。教师不能因为个别差异，而放弃学生，而是要为学生个性的自由发展创设广阔的空间；要求学生通过“个性化教育”对学习不再迷茫、让他们在学习中找到自我、实现自我。
