Abstract：
在小学生数学核心素养培养的过程，教师不仅需要教书，而且还要育人，关注小学生的身心与能力的发展，为社会现代化高素质人才建设服务。对此，教师要教学重心转移到教法与学生层面来，深入解读数学学科核心素养内涵，充分挖掘数学教材资源，设计与完善数学教学内容，加强学生的数学核心素养，为培育新时代全面发展的小学生做好充足准备。
