Abstract：
信息环境的变化对基层公共图书馆的服务方式与管理方式都提出更高要求，服务工作应当在信息化环境下不断优化，并将信息元素融入其中，提升服务效率。文章简述基层公共图书馆服务读者的具体路径，提出强化以读者为中心的理念、创新读者服务工作管理机制、发挥图书馆综合服务职能、建立高素质图书馆服务队伍等策略，为推进基层公共图书馆服务质量的整体提升建言献策。
