    为在电子商务行业的发展中，培养大批量的创新创业人才。高职院校对现有的人才培养方案进行改进与完善，企图培养出具有创业能力的电子商务人才。因此，文章就高职院校电子商务专业课程实践中，校内创新创业人才培养模式的具体应用展开分析，希望给予相关从业者建议与参考。
