    Abstract：

    对分课堂教学模式通过平衡教学时间与学生讨论时间，助推高校教学效果得到强化、获取更多隐性知识。然而，顾虑教学内容、教师经验、学习特点等因素可能影响对分课堂教学模式在高校教学中的应用效果，亟须进行优化完善。由此背景下，文章梳理对分课堂模式的教学优势后，针对性提出灵活安排教学时间、合理运用作业设置、完善考核机制等推进建议，希冀为对分课堂模式应用于高校教学提供些许参考。
