    Abstract：

    “学困生”就是在学习上有困难的学生，他们表现在学习上不善于动脑动手，对学习没有兴趣，对学习上的一点困难就放弃，部分“学困生”甚至行为习惯不好，成为老师头疼的对象。笔者通过一段时间的教育观察，观察他们的学习态度和行为习惯，并通过访谈，分析反思“学困生”形成的外在原因和内部原因，从而帮助这些“学困生”走出学习的困境，提高他们的学习成绩。
