    Abstract：

    随着我国工业的发展速度不断加快，对于石油的需求量猛增，于是基于这个背景下，我国加快了对于油田的开采速度。而在油田的开采中，避免不了对油田的采出水处理过程，目前对于采出水的工艺上大部分的采油单位使用的是“老三套”方式进行，这种采出水方式很难将油的质量提升上去，并且操作过程较为繁琐，不适应现代工业发展对石油开采速度的需求.
