    Abstract：

    企业新型学徒制由政府部门引导，以企业参与为主，院校也积极参与，采用“企校双制、工学一体”的模式来培养学徒。2019年，在市人社局、财政部下发《关于开展2019年度企业新型学徒制工作的通知》后，江苏省仪征技师学院顺势而为，积极配合江苏天龙玄武岩连续纤维股份有限公司，在电工专业进行企业新型学徒制试点，形成了《江苏天龙玄武岩连续纤维股份有限公司“企业新型学徒制”培养方案(电工)》，试点工作效果显著。
