    高中阶段是学生人生观、价值观形成的重要时期，也是新高考下我们高中政治教师在育人方面必须攻克的新课题。在日常教学中，如何协调繁重教学任务、日常管理与学生的育人工作就成为我们务必关注的问题。结合我校教学实际，适应现代化德育发展要求，牢牢把握“立德树人”这一核心，逐渐探究形成了“培养三支队伍，夯实德育五课”的育人模式。
