Abstract：
近年来随着国家政策的支持，中职学校青年教师数量在学校中占比越来越大，青年教师逐渐成为中职学校教育教学的中坚力量，但青年教师在工作过程中容易受到各方面因素的影响，心理状态出现偏差，建立一支心理素质良好的青年教师队伍逐渐成为青年教师培养的重要工作。
