    Abstract：

    继2011年实施“双独二孩政策”取得显著成果，2013年，我国又推出了“单独二孩政策”来调控人口年龄结构，缓解我国老龄化发展趋势。2015年，我国实行全面二孩政策，以巩固实施各项生育政策所获得的显著成果，并解决我国显著存在的人口问题。本文从全面二孩政策的背景及内涵出发，探究国家开放全面二孩政策对我国人口各项因素所带来的影响，并提出相关建议。
