    Abstract：

    初中物理课程标准指出物理课程要重视实验教学，那么如何打破为了完成实验教学而进行实验的教学设计就是需要考虑的一个重要问题。本文以“运动的相对性”教学设计为例，以学生“理解”为目标进行教学设计和教学，即利用自制的教具进行体验式教学活动，展示了在初中物理实施教学过程中，如何实现通过实验降低学生对重要知识点的理解难度，从而激发并保持学生的学习兴趣的。
