    ]随着社会的不断进步和发展，新课改革的趋势已经势不可挡，在面对素质教育的大前提下，初中数学教学也突破了原有的教学模式，进行了分层教学模式的转变。既然是改革，就必然有其不足之处，本文就初中数学分层教学模式的应用出现的不足做切入口，深入探讨了如何提高分层教学模式的教学效率和作用。
