    在我国社会经济快速发展的大背景下需要政府机构做好正确的思想政治工作。借此，本文从事业单位中政工师的角度出发对其的定位以及作用进行详细的说明并分析事业单位政工师在管理过程中遇到的问题并提出有关对策，为我国企事业单位更好的发挥政工师的作用提供一些可行性的思路。
