Abstract：
创新创业型人才培养是国家推进创新人才建设的重要环节，在全面建设小康社会、着力提高人才培养质量，培养和造就具有创新意识、创新能力和创新人格的高级创新型应用人才方面具有重要意义。本文以湖南涉外经济学院会计学(中外合作办学)专业为例，阐述了会计学(中外合作办学)专业创新创业人才培养面临的困境，提出会计学(中外合作办学)专业创新创业人才培养模式创新的路径。
