Abstract：
中职教育作为我国教育资源重要的组成之一，具有一定的特殊性，针对目前社会竞争力越来越大而中职学生的道德教育又无法适应社会的需求的问题，中职院校必须寻求一套面向社会的德育教学新方法。本文从多方位出发，分析了中职教育的特点现状，为中职院校的德育教育探求了一些建议和方法。
