Abstract：
听说读写是学生学习一门语言所需掌握的几个重要方面。其中，写作一直以来被看作是教学中的重难点所在，如何更好地开展写作教学，在写作中凸显学生的个性，成为小学语文教师关注的焦点问题。基于此，本文从笔者自身的教学实践工作经验出发，针对如何开展小学语文个性化写作教学进行一番个人看法的阐述，以及为一线教育工作者提供必要的借鉴和参考.
