Abstract：
在各个学科中，数学是一个相对逻辑性较强、复杂性较强的学科，并且其所包含的知识点拥有着承前启后的关系。在这一过程中，教师有必要从培养学生反思习惯入手，使学生能够通过反复的思考而学会如何对数学问题举一反三。反思学习是一种激发学生潜能的学习习惯，让学生从最初对知识的复制、粘贴的观点认识中，学会主动参与到学习，加入学生的个人构建。帮助学生从生活中发现数学、运用数学、创造数学。
