Abstract：
习近平总书记2019年3月18日在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上指出，思政课教师在教学过程中“思维要新”，要“创新课题教学，给学生深刻的学习体验”。国家开放大学以现代技术为支撑，积极探讨线上教学为主的学习模式，满足广大在职人员的需求，逐步推进以终结性考试为主向形成性考核为主的多元评价模式转变。在开放教育这种新的教学模式下建立思想政治理论课的教学研究对于加强思政教育、爱国教育是十分重要的。
