Abstract：

经过三十多年的发展，电大档案管理工作取得了不错的成绩，但仍然存在规划不足，理解不足，信息化程度低等问题。因此，本文从改革档案管理体制，强化档案管理意识等入手，提出加大财政投入和档案的利用，强化档案队伍建设，推进电大档案管理的信息化建设等措施，从而为电大档案管理创新建设工作提供参考意见。
