Abstract：
由于电力专用变压器在其应用运行过程中，尤其特别是对于公用配变系统，故障修复检修一直是其日常维护和保养检修的重要组成内容，这对于其产品整体运行的安全与否有着重要的影响。所以要遵循国家电网公司“三集五大”企业发展三大战略目标，整合利用现有各大类专业仪器设备运行状态监测检修管理信息系统资源，构建公用配变综合检修平台，解决电力中潜伏的安全隐患。
