Abstract：
特殊人群是需要社会关爱和照顾的重点对象，国家当前也开设了许特殊教育学校来帮助这些特殊人群获得社会适应能力和基本的生活自理能力，在特殊教育学校当中，社会实践课程能够帮助特殊人群迅速获取这两项基本能力。然而想要社会实践课程能够发挥更大的作用，就必须要深入地了解到接受课程的教育对象的特殊性和理顺课程开展的主要思路，抓住社会实践课程开展的主题，在实践过程当中，能够制定出具体的教学策略来帮助特殊人群获取相应的能力。
