Abstract：
习近平总书记说，“少年儿童从小就要立志向、有梦想，爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国，德智体美全面发展，长大后做对祖国建设有用的人才。”“少先队要研究如何增强少年儿童对组织的光荣感和归属感。”少先大队要根据少先队员的年龄情况，组织学生学习了解少先队礼仪，增加少先队队员的荣耀感和责任感，还要通过普及课堂、校园，接人待物的生活礼仪，培养少先队员争做讲文明懂礼貌的新时代小学生。
